You may not know this but wherever you are now, is the result of your thoughts because thought precedes action. Before you raise your hand, there is a thought that precedes it. Manifestation is a process by which we channel the thoughts to create reality.
'Thoughts in to reality' might seem far-fetched for someone who is not familiar with the laws of quantum physics. Thoughts do have a mass, and it has been scientifically proven by measuring it. So, it's not the question of 'something from nothing'. One more thing we need to understand is that we are not mere mass of flesh and blood. We are composed of millions of electrons running inside a 'shell' at the speed of light, and we are a part of a great Universal field which is also composed of electrons.
It's no coincidence that when you get a phone call or you run in to someone you have been thinking about. Your thoughts get projected in the Universe and makes contact with the other electrons to make these 'accidental' things happen.
People who attract good things in life, are using the law of attraction either consciously or unconsciously. Whether the person who uses these laws are aware of its working or not it will work. For instance, a 3 year-old boy who is not educated in the laws of gravity throws a ball up in the air and it falls down. Why? the law of gravity will work whether he is aware of it or not.
Fortunately, you, who know more about the laws of attraction than the average person can use your thoughts consciously to attract good things in life. There is a specific process you need to follow if you want to manifest your thoughts in to reality.
Wishful thinking is not the same as a burning desire to have something. Be clear on what you want to manifest and do not send any contradictory signals to the Universe. For instance, if you want to be wealthy do not read books about renouncing everything and becoming a sage, because by doing so, you are sending a signal to the Universe that you have not decided whether you want to be rich or you want to lead a spiritual life.
Let your thoughts, words and deeds communicate clearly, object of your desire. Once you reach this stage of perfect unison, the infinite intelligence knows that you are now finally ready to receive whatever it is that you are trying to manifest and will make the necessary changes to make that happen in your life.
