Each of you will receive scores for completing your weekly task.
At the end of the 5 week period, the best student will receive a prize.
The nature of the prize will be related to his or hers liking.
5 week challenge:

3- Learn to increase your level of energy. feel better, happier right now.
Learn how to control your emotions in order to take back control of your life.

4- Visualisation: how to create your vision board and how to program your thoughts in order to get what you want.
5- Practical steps to success. A daily simple routine to help you achieve any goal. Change only one daily activity and you will see immediate results. A recipe to success used by all sucessful people.
A sixth session will be held to exchange on your successes and to give out the prize to the challenge winner!
