This is valuable information. Sit up and take notice. This WILL change your life. I'm going to tell you how I created circumstances and experiences in my life, first unconsciously, then consciously. You're the creator of your life, too, but you may not be fully conscious yet. Don't worry, though-you will be!
There is only one warning-you must have goodwill toward all. You cannot have any selfish or evil intentions or motives. That will only bring you "bad luck" or negative circumstances. It's like if you foul in a game. You will get a penalty. If you keep fouling up, you'll be taken out of the game. Other than that, you are free to bring joy to yourself and others by consciously creating experiences.
Once when I was unsatisfied in my marriage I remember lying in bed imagining a handsome man loving me so much and so exclusively that I felt really good about myself and my relationship with him. I imagined that to him, I was the most beautiful girl around. I imagined how close we were and what fun we had. I did not know I was creating at the time. It was much later, but this came to pass.
The most profound unconscious creation was when I changed my life dramatically. I was at a theme park with my husband, my son, and my two step-children. My husband and my son were horsing around while we were in line, but it somehow turned around and my husband was mad at my son and mistreating him. I stuck up for my son and an argument began. We had not been getting along for some time and had been seeing a marriage counselor. We ended up getting in a really bad quarrel. I felt completely sad and totally frustrated.
My son and I separated from my husband and step-children and we went and sat down at an outdoor cafe in the theme park. I was totally exasperated and crying. I was deeply upset. I began imagining that I was far away. I could smell flowers. I felt relieved to be away from it all. I felt refreshed and renewed. It was such a welcome relief to be in totally new circumstances. What really happened after that? One year later I lived in southern France. There were many beautiful flowers there. I had a great job, met lots of people from many places in the world, and I traveled around Europe on my off time.
What I realized upon backward reflection and having received more information about visioning, was that the power of my emotions-the energy in motion from the release of frustration and sadness-was the substance that manifested the essence of my vision. I'm blessed to have made the connection, because eventually, I began doing it on purpose.
One time I was in another situation that I was not having fun in. I was walking the class back to the classroom after lunch while I was teaching at a middle school in Florida. The kids were being particularly unruly at that time. They were fighting and running around and completely ignored my direction to stop fighting and stay in line. One girl was running off and hiding behind trees. I finally decided to leave the situation in my mind and go to the beach.
For the rest of the walk back to the classroom, I imagined that I was at the beach. In my mind, I felt my feet in the warm sand. I sensed the ocean air as I breathed. I felt the sun on my face as I relaxed at the beach. Then we got back to class. We finished up a math test and I told them I was going to pick someone to help me who hadn't talked during the test. I called on one girl, but another girl reminded me she had talked during the test, so I picked that girl instead. The two girls broke into a hitting and hair pulling. I put my arm between them and said "stop!" One of the girls started to bite the other one and accidentally bit my arm instead. In one little spot, it broke the skin.
Everything happened so fast! I was told to take the rest of the day off on workman's compensation and to get a tetanus shot. I went to a clinic and there was no waiting; I was out of there in ten minutes. I went home and changed my clothes and went to the beach. All of what I imagined came true. The ocean air was refreshing! The hot sun felt great on my face. I was relaxed and enjoying the feel of the sand on my feet. I did not create this on purpose, but I certainly did create it.
The first time I consciously created reality was when I needed to sell my house. We had moved from Florida to Oregon and I had bought a new townhouse. I was able to move in and rent until I sold my house and closed on it. I called a friend of mine on the east coast. I told him I needed to sell my house so that I could start paying the mortgage instead of paying rent. Then I asked him if he would do a visioning with me. We imagined that I was calling him up, all excited, and telling him that my house had sold. Over the next 4 days, I had 3 offers on my house. One of them bought the house. I closed on that house then finalized the purchase on my new townhouse in Oregon.
Since then, I've done visioning by myself and with groups for over ten years, manifesting many specific things.
Eventually, I did a visioning when I needed to sell the townhouse in Oregon, too. At the time it was being rented because I had moved to California. The home was being rented and the tenant did not want to move. I told him not to worry, we could manifest the perfect scenario and it would come to pass. When I came to visit we went to the park together and did a visioning around someone who bought the townhouse and just wanted it for investment property so that he didn't have to move. That's exactly what happened!
I have dozens of visioning success stories, but I'll just tell you a one more. Once I really wanted a hot tub. I was in my bedroom sitting on the floor. I began imagining that I was in a hot tub. I could sense the hot water bubbling and steaming all around me. I felt warm and relaxed. With all of my senses, I was in that hot tub. The very next day, a friend of mine called up and said, "Michelle, how would you like a hot tub?" He was able to do a trade-he owned some cottages on the coast and he could trade a few nights stay for a hot tub. He said I could do a workshop at his inn for the hot tub. Soon, I had a large hot tub at my house and I was enjoying the hot bubbling water steaming all around me. It was very relaxing!
When I realized how impactful the energy of emotion was, I decided to do visioning whenever I got upset about anything. When my emotions got stirred up about something, I would say to myself "Oh boy, here's some great energy for manifesting." Then, instead of focusing on the problem, or whatever upset me, I would imagine something I wanted to create in my life. It would be just like suddenly receiving lots of money and imagining how I would spend it all.
It didn't dawn on me at first when I was creating with my imagination, but once I made the connection and determined the significant elements to the process, I began to do it consciously. I also formed groups and began doing group visioning to help others add power to their conscious intentions. During the process of transformation, when I caught myself worrying or going into fear about something, I realized that I was in victim consciousness and that I'm a powerful creator. I redirected my mind repeatedly to focus on solutions.
You can prove this works to yourself. Select an experience to manifest, then GO THERE totally in your imagination. Be there with your whole being and engage your mind through imagery and your heart through feelings. Add sensations from all of your senses. Do this deeply, and repeatedly, if necessary.
It also helps to hear or read stories of other people's success at visioning. It reinforces your consciousness that you can do it. You need to remove all doubt and know that you are creating. Then, just like strengthening muscles, you will be better and better at it. Stop focusing on your problems and create viable solutions. Put your mind to work for you in positive ways. Your life will improve and you will be much happier.
Currently I'm launching a non-profit organization called Visionary Solutions. I intend to help implement global solutions by using the power of group consciousness. The groups I have formed are doing visioning work together where we help each other to manifest our specific intentions and focus on beneficial solutions for our world. I hope to use this ability to help many people in my life.
A better world is only a thought away!
