How to Use the Law of Attraction to Get Anything You Want in Life

The Law of Attraction is one of the most powerful forces in the Universe that can help you get anything that you want in life. The problem is not in the question of whether the law works or not but in how exactly to use it. Most of the information out there today leaves out some critical and important facts that you need to make it work.

Here are 4 tips that you will need on your journey to making the law of attraction work for you.

1. Decide what you want.

This is the first and most important step. Deciding what you want may be more difficult than you think. Why? Because you need to decide what you specifically want. Being specific about your manifestation is so important that this step will take you some time to decide.

Let's take trying to manifest a new car as an example:


What make and model of car do you really want?
What color is the car?
What color is the interior?
What type of engine does it have?
What price will you pay for it?

You get the picture. Just be as specific as possible when deciding what it is that you want.

2. State what you want in the form of an affirmation.

State your intention in the form of an affirmation and make it in the positive tense. There are different ways to write you intentions but for the sake of this article start with the basic and most efficient form: I am so happy and grateful I am.

Next fill in the blank with what it is that you want. So in our example of the car you can state:

"I am so happy and grateful that I am now the proud owner of a brand new black BMW 328xi coupe with black leather interior, 17 inch alloy wheels and tinted windows."

3. Create the experience in your mind.

Now is the fun part. You need to create the experience in your mind in the form of a controlled daydream. This is called visualization and it is a very important part of the manifestation process. The art of visualization is the topic of another article so I am not going to go into detail here but let's just state that you must visualize your outcome as if has already happened and you are in the driver seat of your brand new car.

See yourself through your own eyes walking out the door to go to work in the morning and hear the door click shut and feel the deadbolt latch as you lock your front door. You open your garage to see your brand new car waiting patiently for you on this warm summer morning. As you open the car door you can smell the fresh clean scent of your new car and you feel the smooth leather seats as you sit comfortably behind the wheel.

You then turn the key to hear the deep growl of the engine as you put the car into gear and pull out of your driveway and onto the street.

Feel the exhilaration as you wrap your hands around the steering wheel and mash you foot on the gas pedal. You hear the engine roar like a lion and the tires squeal as you dart ahead down the road.

See what I did here as we created the experience in your mind? Use all of your five senses. It makes the scenario seem real to your unconscious and it will involve your emotions. This is what makes the manifestation process actually come to life.

The key is to be sure to make the experience as real as possible.

4. Take action.

Okay this is the key point that most people miss. The guru's will tell you to sit back and watch your intention magically come to you. That's just not how it works. You need to be pro-active about your manifestation. Action produces results.

If you want to manifest that car that we talked about earlier then you need to start taking action to bring that car to you. Maybe you will find a way to earn the extra money to purchase the car or maybe you will even win the car as a prize in a drawing. The key point is to keep your eyes and ears open for the opportunity to arise and then take action.

If you are looking for that perfect relationship then get out and actually do something about it. Join an online dating service or join a new social group in your community. The point is to take some kind of action to make the process complete.

As you can see, the Law of Attraction is one of the most powerful forces in the Universe. Follow these four tips and you will be well on your way to making the Law of attraction work for you and you will be able to attract anything that you want into your life.

How to Use the Law of Attraction in Relationships

It's not easy dealing with people. Beliefs, feelings, thoughts, attitudes - all these are factors that affect how we deal with each other. This is why there's really no one rule for one person to follow when it comes to dealing with people. However, you can use the law of attraction in your relationships and enjoy being with the people of your life more.

LOA applies in every aspect of our lives - in work, dealing with your co-workers, in your goals and even in the people in your life. If you're having difficulties dealing with people and want to have better relationships with them, then you can use LOA. Below are ways that you can use LOA categorized per aspect of your life:

With your co-workers and at work
There are a lot of issues that you and your co-worker may face. There's envy and jealousy as well as competition. If you want to avoid these, then you can start telling yourself the following:
• My co-workers trust me and love working with me.
• My co-workers and I work great together.
• My co-workers are efficient and always willing to help me.
• My co-workers and I enjoy healthy competition.
• My boss is approachable and I could ask for clarifications if I need to.
• My boss is patient.
• My boss recognizes the hard work that I do.
• My boss values me and my job.

Don't claim better relationships right away since it is not only vague, it is too general. Using these specific claims will help empower you in making the law of attraction work for your work relationships.

With your significant other
If you want to keep the fires burning with your significant other, then you can stoke that flame by using these law of attraction relationship claims:
• I am beautiful and desirable.
• My partner loves me and has fun with me.
• I provide my partner with the love and support he/she needs.
• I am loved and I love my partner
• I have the patience to understand and recognize my partner's weaknesses and faults.

These are just some LOA claims that you can use with regards to your love life. Remember, the important part here is to state your claim in a positive manner.

Your family or children
Parents usually have a difficult time with children. Here are some things I tell myself to make sure that I always have a great relationship with my children or my immediate family:
• I have the time to support my children with their endeavours.
• My children and I enjoy spending time together.
• I understand and recognize that my child is a growing, unique individual.
• I am patient when it comes to teaching my children.
• My parents are always willing to listen to me.
• My family loves and supports me.
• My family accepts me and recognizes my strengths.

With the use of these law of attraction relationship tips, you should be on your way to a healthier, better relationships with the people around you.

The Forgotten Law - The Law of Thinking And How to Change Any Area of Your Life

There really are only two things you must have to change any area, situation or your whole life.

One is awareness and the other is understanding.

First you need to be aware of this Forgotten Law the Law of Thinking. Because if you are not aware of the fact that it is your thinking that has brought you every result in your life then you cannot change your results. Not consciously at least.

There are people who are successful and happy and they don't really know why and they don't even question why. It is because they are using this Forgotten Law the Law of Thinking in their favor unconsciously.

These people have been raised and programmed in a positive environment so success and happiness is automatic for them. So for them being unaware of such law doesn't really matter.

But if you are not happy and you are just getting by then awareness is your biggest friend. But awareness alone isn't enough.

You can be aware of how to change a flat tire but unless you get out of your car and actually do it then you will stay stuck.

This is when the understanding comes in. You know you will get your hands and shirt dirty and it will cost you some time and energy to do the job.

It is the understanding of the process in working with The Forgotten Law the Law of Thinking. Because it is a process. And it is important for you to know that. If you don't understand this process then it is very likely that you will quit because you will get frustrated.

It is important to understand that whatever is coming to your life corresponds with your subconscious program. Therefore you can never attract what you want with your conscious mind if your subconscious mind wants something different.

And if you are wondering what it is that your subconscious mind wants just look back at your results and you will know your subconscious program. And if you don't like what you see then to change your results you will have to change your program first and this is a job for your conscious or your thinking mind.

Energy Alignment and Manifesting With the Law of Attraction

What's so important about Energy Alignment? What does that even mean? And How do I do it?
These are frequently asked questions I get from clients and subscribers.

I remember I first heard the phraseology "energetic equivalent" a many years ago and couldn't quite figure out what the speaker meant. In fact, I was embarrassed to ask because I didn't want to look stupid. Has that ever happened to you?

I listened carefully thinking "I'm an intelligent person. Maybe by listening to the context of his talk I can figure out what he's talking about". But no, I went away from that talk clueless.

Let me take the mystery out of what I'm talking about when I talk about energy alignment, alignment with your desires, vibrational equivalent or energetic equivalent.

You have a desire, a goal, a dream, an intention; something you'd like to enjoy as a life experience. By definition, it's not your present life experience. For example, let's say you want a new career that pays significantly better than your current job.

You could do all the things necessary to have the new career. Perhaps you'll need training, or an improvement of your current skills. You'll need to update your resume, and start the job search. You might register with a career placement service. You might search the online job forums, hire a head hunter, a career coach. You might network in circles of people who are working in the field of your chosen career. You might seek experts in your field of interest and take them to lunch.

As you can see, there are numerous actions you might take ensure the likelihood of securing the perfect position. When we talk about energy alignment, we're talking about using Universal Energy. The same energy that keeps all the planets in their proper orbit and the 100 trillion cells in your body functioning properly.

Does that sounds a bit out there? Why not harness some of that energy and let it work for you. Here's how you bet into alignment with what you want so it can manifest faster with less stress and usually better than you had planned.

Before you go into the typical actions of establishing your new career, engage the energy of your imagination. Energetic alignment with your desire, your goal looks and feels like imagination. What will your life be like when you have what you desire? Ask yourself questions like this:

What kinds of people will I be working with?
How will it feel when I'm enjoying doing what I love?
What kinds of experiences can I enjoy with my improved income?
What kind of new freedom will I experience?

Engage your imagination to help pull you energetically forward. This propels you into aligned action. New ideas come easily. Thoughts and actions become inspired. Your job search feels like an adventure. You're enjoying the game of life. Because now you feel like you play and win. This is how you align your energy with your desire.

Activate your imagination for all your desires in advance of taking action and you'll find the flow and freedom of what it's like to be a joyful deliberate creator. And accomplish it all with a lot less effort.

The Law of Attraction and Quantum Physics - How Evidence Is the Fuel for Belief

A student once asked his teacher: "Master, how long do you think it will take me to become enlightened?" The master replied, "Probably about 20 years." The student then asked, "Yes, but what if I work REALLY hard at it?" The master smiled and said, "Then it will take you 40."
This story illustrates a spiritual truth that is difficult for many people to accept- When it comes to anything spiritual, you simply cannot "will" results. Spirituality as a whole is a process of letting go and believing, not of striving and working.
For those of us who have struggled with the law of attraction this truth can be enough to stop us dead in our tracks. Traditionally, we are taught that progress is made on the level of form, and anything that has to do with "surrender" or "belief" plays a subordinate role (at best) in obtaining our desires.
But with the recent release of movies like The Secret, What the Bleep do We Know?, and Conversations with God, belief as a spiritual practice has come at the forefront of our teachings. We are being taught that belief is the KEY to all our spiritual practices.
So how do we do it? How do we get ourselves to believe that the law of attraction really exists, and most importantly, how do we get ourselves to BELIEVE that it can work in our lives?
The best process I know of is something that is readily available to anyone interested enough to go find it. And that is evidence. Sometimes having evidence that supports a claim is all you need to make yourself believe in it. The following is an introduction to some scientific evidence that helps to prove the existence of the law of attraction:
For years science has been showing us that the micro affects the macro, that in fact the larger scale is just a representation of the culmination of the smaller. In the scientific community this is known as quantum physics.
According to quantum physicists, an atom exists in all potentialities until you observe it. Once you do observe it, your expectations about it will actually affect how it behaves.
For example, this could be a single atom that is shot through a slit with a wall behind it. When you're not observing it the atom behaves as if it were a billion different atoms, producing every single possible outcome available to it. It will hit the wall sometimes, not hit it others, bounce off the ceiling, the floor, your forehead, all of the possibilities will actually happen! But when you OBSERVE it, it will only result in one action- And that's the action which you believe will manifest.
Blown up and applied to your own life your beliefs about everything affect how it will occur. If you believe you will get a new car, and I mean REALLY believe it, the universe will rearrange itself to make it happen. As they said in the Secret, you cannot have a world without the mind working into it. We are all shaping the world with our thoughts, and if you believe something can happen for you, then it will.
But don't just take my word for it. It is unlikely that this article will be enough to shape your core beliefs surrounding the subject. In order to make yourself believe in the true power of your mind you are going to have to do some research. Whether it's taking courses that further elaborate upon the concept, reading books, or watching scientific videos, the evidence is out there waiting; all you have to do is go find it.

Confidence Is A Powerful Driver For Success Using The Law of Attraction

In order to become rich by using the Law of Attraction, you have to put yourself into a vibrational and emotional state in which you attract situations where money comes to you in large quantities. So how can you do this?
Probably the most important thing you need to have in your emotional make-up is confidence. Confidence is a powerful driver for success using the Law of Attraction.
You need to have confidence that you will become, indeed you already are, wealthy. You already have far more than you will ever need. But, you may say, if I am wealthy, why don't I see any money?
Let's look at how the Law of Attraction works. When you ask the universe for something, the universe says yes to your request, and from that moment the fulfillment of your desire is on its way to you. This means that you already have it, even if you don't see it yet. The moment you ask for substantial sums of money to come into your life, in that moment the money is waiting for you to receive it. After that, the only thing you need to do is to have confidence that you already have it.
Let's look at the real meaning of the word "confidence." Having confidence literally means "having faith with" and so we see that confidence comes from having faith in the universe to bring you your desires, and trusting that they will arrive and manifest themselves into your experience. If you don't have trust in the universe, if you believe the universe will let you down, then that is what you will attract.
This happens because the universe does not always bring you what you want, but it always brings you what you are in vibrational alignment with. If you don't have confidence in the universe, that is, if you don't trust the universe, you will introduce resistance which will push the things you wish for away from you, and hold them away from you, maybe for an indefinite time.
So you need to have the confidence and sense of self-assurance of a wealthy person, before you see the money. When you do this, you will soon begin to see its effect on other people. They will behave differently toward to, they will believe you are a wealthy person, and treat you as such, even if you have no money at all. But the opinions of other people are of no importance here. What matters is how you yourself feel. Believe yourself to be a wealthy person, and before too long, that is what you will be. The universe has to give you this, because that is how the Law of Attraction works.

The Forgotten Law - The Law of Thinking

It is very interesting to discover that there even is a law of thinking. And most people go through the whole life without ever realizing that there is a definite law which will determine the quality of a person's life.
The law will never change it is you and me who has to change. But you cannot change anything without realizing that there are laws governing your life and that every result in your life is only a reflection of your thinking.
It is often called the forgotten law and that is because most people are not aware of such law or laws.
It is not uncommon to be visiting your local church for whole your life and never learn about this law. And this is really sad fact because it should be the church or even school that teaches this kind of valuable information but most of the time this is not the case.
And so it happens when you start discovering and learning the forgotten law, the law of thinking, you will wonder how you could live your life without ever knowing it.
You will remember all those destructive and harmful thoughts you use to have and start to understand how this way of thinking has brought you the unwanted results.
And what is even worse is the fact that you are now programmed to think this way and your thinking is not going to change just because you discover the forgotten law.
It will take time and effort to change your programming. And this is in my opinion the biggest hurdle to surmount.
You have got to be really sick and tired of your present situation and be determined to change your life for the better. It doesn't really matter what area of your life it is that is making you desperate to do something and anything to change it.
When you work on changing your thinking you will not only change the thing you want to change but all areas of your life is going to change as well.
So if you are still questioning yourself if you can do something to improve your present situation then the answer is yes. It will take time and effort to do it, but you can do it, otherwise there would not be such an option.

Learn How to Use The Law of Attraction?

The law of attraction is one of the most powerful forces in the universe. The belief is that everything that happens to you, both good and bad, happens because you wanted to. You attract the things that ask for whether you realize that you are asking for them or not. Obviously if you realize that you can control what happens to you it is possible to make more positive things occur by asking for them. This is the fundamental belief of the law of attraction; you can make good things happen to you by asking for them.
The key to using the law of attraction is to tell the universe what you want. You don't actually have to say the words out loud; the universe isn't listening or anything. What you want to do is to visualize what it is that you want to attract to you. You should see yourself already having whatever it is you want. It is important to know exactly what you want and be clear about it. If you are vague or unclear you will likely not get what you want. You should clearly see yourself already having what you are trying to attract. You should also try to feel the way that you would if you already had your wish.
It is a good idea to write your wish down. This helps to make is more clear and will make it easier to visualize. When you are writing it down make sure that you write it in the present tense. You aren't asking for something so much as acting like you already have it. You also want to make sure that you don't use any negative terms. You don't want to be asking to get rid of something. For example rather than saying you want to lose weight you would actually say you are thin and visualize yourself being that way.
Probably the most important part of using the law of attraction is to realize that you have to be patient and trust that the universe will provide you with what you want. Things are not going to happen overnight in most cases. The universe will provide for you but it might take some time. You need to make sure that you keep a positive attitude and continue to visualize what you want until you actually get it. This is going to take some time but if you continue to believe it will eventually happen.
It is important that you believe that law of attraction will work for you. If you have a negative attitude and don't really believe that you will get what you want you probably won't. You need to visualize yourself with what you want and whole heartedly believe that you will get it. Otherwise there is little chance that you will. The law of attraction only works if you honestly believe that it will, unless you can do that there is little point in trying to use it.

Making Things Happen With The Law of Attraction

We are told by the experts that you can use the Law of Attraction to be, do, or have, anything you want. So how can you start making things happen with the Law of Attraction?
So many of us spend most of our time on activities that do not serve us well. We have a tendency look at the way things are, and we say to ourselves, now how can I fix that? When we find we cannot fix it, we then have the tendency to say, oh why am I so unlucky to be in a world I can't control?
Thoughts such as these are the result of our conditioning. We have conditioned ourselves to believe that we live in a world where we have little or no control over what happens to us. But this conditioning is just not true.
So how can you start making things happen with the Law of Attraction?
First off, you need to move away from the idea that you can change anything that you see around you. What you see around you is already in existence, it is already manifested, and your efforts to change it will have little or no effect. Rather you will very likely find that your resistance will only serve to strengthen the very things you are trying so hard to change. By focusing on them, you will put yourself into vibrational alignment with them, which leads to more of the same.
Remember that the way the universe works is to bring you things and situations which are in alignment with your dominant vibration. So, to make things happen, you need to focus on the things you want, and NOT focus on the things you do not want. When you ask the universe for something, the universe agrees. Then all you have to do is to focus on it as though it was already there in your experience.
This is not wishful thinking, it is a technique. As you learn more about how the Law of Attraction works, you will understand that it is the only way to bring about positive changes in your life.

The Sum Total of the Practice of the Law of Attraction

Many people try to use the Law of Attraction, but get discouraged when the things they ask for don't show up. How can you use the Law of Attraction to bring you wealth, health, and fulfillment of your dreams?
Let's suppose that you have a desire that you would like to have more money in your life. You would like an abundance of substantial sums of money to flow into your experience. You just have to ask the universe to bring it to you. In fact, you don't even need to ask for it, because just by thinking about it you have asked for it.
Did you know that the universe loves you? That means that, as soon as you ask for something, it is already on its way to you. Now all you need to do is to allow it to arrive. Stand aside, get out of your own way, and allow the abundance of wealth to flow into your life. This is ALL you need to do.
All of this is happening now, everything that ever happens, happens now. So do not worry about the future, and do not regret the past. Just concentrate on the present moment. If you can be happy now, then you have already achieved your life's dream.
And if you don't feel happy right now, you need to do anything and everything possible to make yourself feel better about your current situation. This is your first priority, to move yourself up the emotional scale and into a more positive emotional space. Even if only a little bit. Make peace with where you are, and do whatever it takes to become happy with the way things are, while you wait for the way things will be.
Nothing is more important or valuable than being happy and feeling healthy right now, in this moment.
When you continue in this state through every moment, you will create a powerful point of attraction for the most extraordinary and miraculous things to happen. Things that you never thought possible.
So, to summarize...
- Ask the universe to bring you the things you want.
- Allow those things to come to you.
- Be happy all the time.
This is the sum total of the practice of the Law of Attraction.

The Forgotten Law - The Law of Thinking and Why It Is Important to Control Your Thoughts

Have you ever tried to stop thinking? You know that this is impossible and there is a reason for that. There is a power flowing to and through you and it never stops. You can call the power whatever you like.
For some it is energy for some it is spirit but that is not important. The important thing here is to be aware of the fact that this power is passing through your mind and it is without any form. It is the mind that forms the power to whatever the mind pictures.
Now what does this mean and how to understand this forgotten law?
This means there is an infinite supply of substance which is flowing to and through you. And you have the power and freedom to shape this power to whatever you want.
But it also means that you and only you are responsible for your results. If you look back and you don't like what you see then you know you will have to change the cause of everything and that is your thinking.
We call the law of thinking the forgotten law but this is only because most people are not aware of the power over any situation in their life. And that is because they have the ability, power and freedom to think what they want to think and in so doing control their life.
It may not be so easy to control your thinking and therefore control your life but you can be sure of one thing. And that is that you do have the power to do that otherwise you wouldn't have that option.
So if you are questioning you ability to change your life by changing your thinking don't be. Because everybody has that ability and power. If you need more help than the other person which is possible then you will attract it. You will get that help that book that person that recording.

How To Break Blocks That Prevent You From Attracting Money

Have you asked yourself why you have a problem attracting money? Have you ever asked yourself this important question: How comfortable do you feel with money?
Get to a quite place, sit down, relax, close your eyes and imagine yourself be wealthy and imagine yourself in all kinds of situations. You own real estate, you drive a luxury car, you wear expensive clothes, you travel and live in elegant hotels. Get the feeling of it! Are you feeling comfortable? Really comfortable?
What do you think comes with being rich? Are you thinking of anything which is disturbing you and which feels uncomfortable? Does it make you feel good or uncomfortable if you imagine living in this large house you own? Are you afraid of managing it? Don't worry about the household, you will have domestics. Are you afraid that someone might damage your expensive car if you park it on the street? Are you afraid of jealousy of friends or strangers? Are you afraid of losing a lot of money at the stock exchange? Are you afraid that lots of people would come begging for money?
Now visualize a whole day from morning till late night. What will you do if you are living the life of richness? How does it feel? Do you think you are too shy going into this first class restaurant and meeting a successful businessman, who wants to talk with you about a joint venture? Are you afraid of making wrong decisions when it comes to investing your money in direct investments or in stocks?
How do you feel when someone in your round talks about money? How do you feel and what do you say about it? Think back into your childhood: What did your parents say about money? Do you think the same way? Do you think they have programmed you wrongly when it comes to wealth? Do you think that the programming of your parents is blocking you?
Whatever feels uncomfortable to you about thinking of money is blocking you to live in abundance. Make notes about all those possible block that come into your mind and break them by visualizing yourself being a millionaire and feeling good about it. It is so important to break those blocks and feel comfortable, because you can't attract money if your frequency of vibration is not in line with the frequency of vibration of being rich.
The more you will feel comfortable about anything that you connect with earning and owning a lot of money, the more you will be attracting into your life. As soon as you feel fully comfortable about it, everything will change for a sudden. Millionaires first felt comfortable about money and then they earned more and more of it.
Visualize yourself with money. Do this daily. Visualize yourself in all kinds of moments you live in abundance. Go to an great restaurants, go to stores of designers and choose chic clothes, as you travel live in a luxurious hotel. Get used to feel great in any moment of the life of a millionaire and enjoy living in abundance.
You have to feel absolutely comfortable with the idea of money, because not before you get comfortable with the idea, you will have trouble attracting money. When you feel in tune with it, you will start to attract more and more of it.

Can You Recognize All The Limiting Beliefs or Feelings Within?

For a number of people this is what comes up every time they focus on what they do want. For others they do not recognize the limiting beliefs or feelings until they encounter a situation that triggers the response. Which category do you fall in? What can you do about the limiting beliefs or feelings that may be deep inside your subconscious?
This is an interesting challenge for quite a few of my clients. First, they immediately recognize the doubt or fear that pops up as they focus on what they do want. Then there are the deeper-seated subconscious programs that exist within that they do not always recognize. Until they encounter a situation that triggers a response that they can acknowledge.
Find yourself in a similar situation? The first thing to do is acknowledge that the feelings or beliefs are there and do not resist them. What you resist, persists. Although you need not know that cause of these beliefs or feelings many of them originated with your parents or other adult figures, who with the best intentions programmed them into you. Perhaps your parents had money problems and maybe they even argued about money. Or perhaps you were told what they could afford or not afford and from that you developed emotional beliefs regarding money. So acknowledge that the beliefs or feelings are there, do not try to repress or suppress them.
Next, ask yourself how these feelings or beliefs are serving you in the here and now or in the future. If the answer is that they are not, let them go. This may take several times, but you should begin to see them diminish and eventually disappear. Next, the subconscious is easy to reprogram. All you need to do is bombard it with positive messages. Things like; I am a money magnet, money flows freely to me everyday.

Conscious Eating Is An Important Component To Access The Law Of Attraction

Before I dive right in, it's important to understand energy. When I teach people about energy during a Feng Shui consult, I explain that energy is ever-present, ever-flowing and never-ending. The importance in knowing this empowers you to notice whether the energy is fluid and positive or low and stagnant. This is where specific Feng Shui techniques can assist you to align the energy positively and you are actively participating in making a positive energy shift. So, if you are using positive thoughts and daydreaming (or journaling) for a few minutes a day as a means to put the Law of Attraction into action, Feng Shui is another component where the techniques enhance this for you in a more constant way. But how about food?
Did you know that food also carries energy? It sure does. Obviously, you will have improved health by choosing foods that are organic and natural. However, because energy is in a constant state of flow, buying fresher foods, natural foods, along with cooking these foods from their natural state allows you to receive their positive "fresher" energy (and I'm not just talking about nutrition).
To add to that, because we are consciously purchasing and preparing these foods we are also then FEELING GOOD (integral for the Law of Attraction to stay in action) about what it does for us and for our family to consciously be living a healthier lifestyle. We are FEELING GOOD because the action of buying produce that is grown locally helps our community and local farmers. We have consciously placed ourselves in a flow of positive energy and we get the sweet blessing of eating the pure goodness of it.
This is beyond "you are what you eat." This is actively making good decisions resulting in FEEL GOOD emotions. Remember the definition of Law of Attraction is like attracts like. It is always responding to you no matter what you are thinking and feeling (good or bad).
Foods, for me, represented my approach to life. As I saw food and eating from an energy perspective it made sense: Conscious eating leads to better health and clearer thinking which leads to better meditation, better intuition and better moods and better able to access a more positive flow of energy. As a whole--mind, body and spirit--we are better for it.
Be Realistic
I'm not saying give up on pizza and french fries, go ahead and enjoy it! I certainly do. I am saying that food like that is not good if it is part of your daily regimen of dangerous foods contaminated with preservatives, refined sugars, bleach and other chemicals, trans fats, meats and chickens injected with antibiotics and fed genetically engineered grains or foods that are "man-made" and processed merely for profit, long shelf-life and falsely leading us to believe that it's inexpensive in a neat and colorful little package (which by the way, only adds to our overflowing landfills).
Unconsciously eating these dangerous foods on a daily basis does not necessarily clear the path for positive energy to usher its way in. In fact, I can attest to the fact that it is lower, slower and clouded energy and I knew it simply by how I felt. Is it any wonder we use phrases like "crashing" after meals. Or, feeling a "sugar rush" only to "crash" in the end. Or, feeling bloated, run down, tired....shall I continue?
I often write about aligning yourself with the Divine. Eating such highly processed foods is miles away from connecting with the most important part of you--the Divine you. The light within you desires to shine bright, so why not give it the energy it desires from what is already Divinely in place for you to eat?
Is This the Right Decision for You?
It was for me but we are not created equal. I work with others to help them feel their best, therefore, it is important for me to be at my best. If this post doesn't resonate with you and you have been living well and feeling well...then stay on the path that works for you. If, however, this has been something you've been thinking about or you've been getting a "tug" to do, then I encourage you to follow that Divine intuition.
A Few Ideas to Consider:
1) A complete overhaul isn't necessary to achieve healthy habits. Start slowly and use what you have. As you run out of items in your refrigerator or pantry replace it with a healthier alternative.
2) Experiment with recipes. I have done my share of that and some have been complete flops which only leads to a good chuckle at the dinner table. Many recipes, however, have been complete successes.
3) To get my kids used to new tastes, for example, I removed peanut butter completely for about 2 months then replaced it with organic peanut butter. This way they had forgotten what high-fructose unhealthy peanut butter tasted like compared to the new healthy version. They never noticed the change.
4) I removed rice for a couple of weeks, eventually replacing it with brown organic rice--everyone loved the flavor. When I make chicken soup (from organic chicken and vegetables) I add extra water to it and then remove the extra chicken stock and store it in the refrigerator. I use that stock to cook the rice. YUMMY!
5) As for pasta... I find that whole wheat angel hair pasta tastes bests and absorbs the flavors of your sauces easier than thicker whole wheat pasta.
6) Plain organic yogurt is excellent with raw honey and really good when you add fruit to it. The health benefits to this treat are too many to list here.
Food is a part of life and we must eat to live. The question is, are we consciously living or are we on auto-pilot?

How Our Views on the World Are Affected by the Opinions of Others

Using the Law of Attraction is really very easy. So why do people find it so hard to do?

The Law of Resistance - Whatever You Resist Gets Stronger

We go through life fighting and resisting the truth. What's so is always what's so. When we fight the truth, we magnify and give power to whatever we are resisting. Here are some examples to show how this works.
Imagine four large yellow balloons on the ceiling above you. Now, whatever you do, don't think about them. You just thought about them. Don't do that. What happens when you fight the yellow balloons? You keep thinking about them. In fact, the more you fight the yellow balloons, the more yellow balloons you get.
Resisting the balloons doesn't make them go away. It gives them power and keeps them alive. The same principle applies in every area of life. Whatever you resist gets magnified.
Have you ever had a relationship with someone who had a characteristic that you couldn't stand? What happened to the characteristic when you resisted it? It grew. It grew in your perception and it actually showed up more in the world around you.
Look at any area of your life that isn't working. This will be an area where you are resisting. Something is the way that it is and you are fighting it. By your resisting, you give this area of life power and keep it from clearing up.
Let's look at fear. Fear is created by resisting a future event. For example, if I have a fear of losing someone, I am resisting the future event called, "losing the person."
The more I resist losing the person, the bigger my fear. The bigger my fear, the more I feel threatened. The more I feel threatened, the more I hang on and act destructively. This in turn pushes the person away which brings me the very circumstance that I am resisting.
Look over your life and notice that whatever you fear and resist keeps showing up, over and over. It keeps showing up because you create it.
The key to being effective in life is to let go of your demands for how people and life should be. Surrender to the truth of what's so. Restore your peace of mind and your ability to see clearly. Then take whatever action you need to have your life be great.

The Law Of Attraction - Your Choice

So Have we all got it yet, the concept of Law Of Attraction? There was so much missing in the first introduction we had to this, it did sound too good to be true didn't it? But when you have the whole picture then it is even easier than we were first led to believe!
After the Secret I think every one in the whole world was practising the methods, it was exciting to think maybe, just maybe this is it! Well it was, but pieces were missing, we practised what we had learned, but somehow it felt like a lie, how can we affirm things to be true when deep down we don't Feel them to be true? Many of us were left with only disappointments, maybe even sinking lower than we were before.
Now We Have The Whole Picture.
Are you willing to believe in ideas of abundance, and of learning to grow through Joy? Loving yourself means accepting yourself as you are right now. Well It's like we see the point of that but how do we do it when we don't believe it, it is no good practising hours of affirmation until we get rid of the root belief that holds us back! How can you live in joy when your heart is aching or you are depressed?
We can only "attract" to us conditions that are in alignment with our beliefs.
If we have a sincere desire to attract more money into our life but our thoughts and conditioning concerning money are fear or anxiety based, then we simply attract more of the same fear and lack! The universe sends you what you believe period, it doesn't say, "oh poor thing she want's it but doesn't believe it", it just reflects what it see's!
So What Do We Do Different?
Take a long hard look at your life. What are you attracting? What thoughts are you thinking? The results you see around you, the events, conditions and circumstances in your day-to-day life will determine the answer. Our reality is a direct reflection of our inner belief or thought process. The quality and consistency of your thinking, is your cause and effect, you are responsible for what you receive.
So, what is it that you are thinking on a daily basis? Are your thoughts in alignment with what you want to create in your life, or are you creating by default? Fear is nothing more than a negative stream of consciousness, when you conquer your fears, you conquer your life!
How Do We Get Rid Of These Fears?
We cannot be all we want to be when we have negative beliefs rooted deeply in our minds, we must get rid of them first, otherwise we just live in constant conflict.
Some of these old beliefs or patterns are buried so deep that we are not aware of them. The best way I have found to deal with old patterns is EFT, it is fast and effective. When we have uncovered and deleted these patterns then we can create new positive patterns.
And secondly the best way to deal with constant negative thoughts that just seem stubborn, is not to fight but to think of all that you love and appreciate in your life, while you are in a state of Gratitude it is impossible to feel negative.
So That Is It Really!
We have some amazing tools to work with in our time now, we have no excuse to live a negative life.
It always sounded hard to 'love yourself', and for many that was the hurdle they could not get over. So, be thankful for what you have now, the love and support from family and friends, then you can love your life. If you concentrate on what you don't have, you will never, ever have enough.
Praise yourself for how you are growing and achieving, write in a journal everyday, only positive things about yourself and your life, use tapping (EFT) just give it a month, you will see amazing results!

LOA - Bypass Limiting Beliefs, Manifest Your Desires and Increase Your Creative Power Exponentially

Aligning with your desires on a spiritual or energy level will increase your manifesting power exponentially because it bypasses limiting beliefs. In this article, I want to give you a Law of Attraction tool that will improve your ability to manifest your desires radically. It is a meditation exercise that is easy and feels great to do.
Trying to align with the physical form of your desire without paying attention to the spiritual or energetic level can meet with much resistance. The reason for this is that you have many attachments, associations and limiting beliefs operating around the physical form of what you are trying to manifest - especially if it is something big or important to you.
Seeking to align with your desire on a spiritual or energy level is more effective because that is where all creation begins and is therefore the logical starting point. In addition, you have far less resistance on the spiritual level because there is no form, therefore no association, no attachment. There is simply energy and potential.
In fact, on a spirit level, manifestation is immediate. However, it takes consistency, cultivation and nurturing to bring this into physical reality. Your creation already exists in the spiritual! You only need to align with it deliberately, regularly and consistently.
There is a very simple yet powerful technique for sidestepping the physical and aligning directly with the energy or spirit of any creation and I want to share it with you now.
This is actually the third part of a 3-part meditation exercise I do. The first part is a detachment exercise to center myself and get perspective. The second part is connecting and aligning with my higher self. (You can't deliberately manifest anything in this physical reality very well if you are not aligned with your higher self or spirit!).
You don't need to do all parts of the exercise but I do recommend that you center yourself to find calm detachment before you do this meditation. Otherwise, you will most likely still encounter resistance.
I also recommend that you deliberately align with your higher self regularly in any way you see fit. Otherwise, any intentional manifestation may be a struggle!
The exercise is as follows:
With eyes closed, imagine a large movie screen in front of you. On that screen, create an image that represents your desire. It doesn't matter what the image is. It could be complete nonsense to anyone else. The point is that it represents your desire to you. (If you are not a visual person, then just feel the essence of having your desire.)
Enjoy that image or feeling for a while or as long as you can before resistance sets in and your ego begins to niggle at you. Now, imagine the essence of your image lifting off the screen in the form of a golden mist - only the essence, not the physical form (or just feel it for you non-visuals). Allow the screen and the physical image to recede into the distance until it disappears.
This golden mist is a mass of sparkling energy - subatomic particles pulsating and popping into and out of existence at lightening speed. Remember, it already exists in the spiritual. This energy is as radiant and warm as the sun. Let it remain devoid of any physical representation other than a cloud of energy and light.
Allow this cloud to float toward you, enveloping you, bathing you in warmth and dazzling light. As it engulfs your body, feel the tickle of the vibrating energy prickling over your skin. You are completely immersed in this ball of energy and light. Let it soak into and saturate your skin. Breathe it deeply into your lungs. As you do, feel it enter your bloodstream and carry this vibration to every fiber of your being. Allow every cell in your body to align and synchronize with this vibration.
As you do this, you may actually feel a buzzing through your body. Your heart rate and breathing might increase and you might even feel a need to release energy physically by shouting or clapping your hands or stomping your feet, etc. Go ahead and do this. It doesn't mean the energy will dissipate. On the contrary, you are actually beginning to move it into reality through physical action.
Soak in this sumptuous, warm energy with the same blissful, peaceful, detached attitude you would have soaking in the rays of the sun - with no further agenda or intention than to feel ecstatic in this moment. Enjoy it now, in this moment.
Allow yourself to return to calm, but still entirely saturated with this warm vibration. Go into your day with the intention of maintaining this vibration in every cell of your being. Intend to feel good.
I hope this simple manifesting meditation will be another Law of Attraction tool that you can use to increase your power. Bypassing limiting beliefs and manifesting desires has never been easier, once you take it to the spiritual level. To your magnificent journey!

The Power of Belief: How to Make Your Dreams and Wishes All Come True in 3 Easy Steps!

If you can dream it, you can have it, according to the laws of attraction. No dream is too big or too small to have come true. But while this sounds terrific, even inspiring, many people still get caught up in the idea that NOTHING is as good as it seems and there must be a catch to this kind of thinking.
They believe that no one can really create their own reality, especially when it is filled with magnificent things. Not so surprisingly, these are the same people that half-heartedly try the laws of attraction in their own lives, only to see them fail time and time again.
Why do they fail? They are putting out energy and the universe is supposed to respond, right? When you doubt that something will work, no matter how 'hard' you try, chances are pretty good that it is not going to work out in the way that you want it to.
And that is mainly believe you do not believe that it is going to work, so you are not only sending out the energy of something that you want, but you are also telling the universe that you do not really expect it to happen. Does that sound like an intention and an energy shift that will work to benefit you?
What you need to do in order to really supercharge the laws of attraction is to believe in what they can do. This means that you simply have to believe with all your heart that you WILL have the things that you want because you want them.
You need to BELIEVE that you are not only going to have them, but you also deserve to have them. This kind of thinking is not silly or naïve; it is simply the way the universe works. You ask. You believe. You get what you want - it is as simple as that.
In order to change your thinking into an unflinching belief, you will need to consider what doubts you have right now. Take a moment to list all of the possible reasons why you do not have the things that you want in your life. This is a list that may not be as easy to write out as you think.
Once you do have a list of five to ten things, sit down and ask yourself what your role in this reason is. What could you do differently? How could you think differently about this reason? Change the attention back onto you to see whether you might need to adjust your attitude to one that is positive and ready to make the necessary changes in your life.
Changing your mind is much easier than you think. When you want to believe in something with all of your heart, you need to do these three things:
a) Ask for the dream to come true

When you ask for a dream to come true, you are naming the thing that you truly want for your life. For some, it is material things. For others, it is money and fame. Whatever YOU want, you need to figure it out and name it. If you dream is something that is more abstract (happiness, peace), you will want to come up with examples of what that desire means to you.
Knowing that your dream will come true is probably the trickier step to take. But you can start creating this energy by always telling yourself that your dream will come true.
At first, this might feel like a lie, but the more that you tell yourself that it is true, the more rapidly you will believe that it is true. Whenever you begin to doubt your dream, stop what you are thinking or saying and change it into something more positive. For example, if you think that nothing is going right for you, change the thought into being thankful for all the things that are going right.
Living as though your dream is already true does not mean that you are necessarily going to have the object of your desire. But when you do have that 'thing' that you want, how is it going to make you feel?
The feeling you are anticipating, that is how you want to live your live right now. Start finding activities or smaller items that make you feel the same way. Surround yourself with them and let the feelings you have wash over you.
It is only a matter of time now until you believe in your dreams because they have come true, just as you knew they would.

The Secret To Manifesting The Law Of Attraction

Most people around the world want to know what is the secret to manifesting the Law of Attraction popularised by the movie and book 'The Secret'. The thing is, though, not everyone knows what 'The Secret' really is. They might know bits and pieces here and there, but not what the full message is.
What 'The Secret' left out is that for the Law of Attraction to work fully, the other forgotten laws must be put in place too, otherwise you are wasting your time. The highly successful people in this world became so successful because they uncovered the forgotten laws.
But what are these laws really? To put it simply, state that the more positive things you do the greater is your chance to be rewarded by the Universe with even more positivity.
All these laws are crucial because they work together to achieve your desired outcomes. They do not work independently of each other, because they are a summary of the principles by which our entire Universe operates from. This is the main reason as to why most people are unable to utilise this law properly.

How to Get What You Want by Focusing on What You Don't Want

The title of this article may sound a bit preposterous at first. Yet, if you stick with me for a moment I think you'll see how logical this whole idea really is.
In order to understand the concept I'm about to introduce, it's helpful to have at least a decent background in self help and the law of attraction.
The law of attraction basically states that you get more of whatever you focus on. Therefore, if you're focused on bills - even if you don't want more of them - you're likely to attract more bills.
The other caveat to the law of attraction is if you "need" something, you're likely to push it away. For example, there's nothing wrong with wanting a new car. Yet, if you "need" it or your too emotionally attached to having it - you'll unconsciously push it away.
This is because when you have a strong emotional attachment to something - it's likely because you're focusing on "not having it."
Think about it for a moment. If you really had faith that you would attract a new car (or house, or whatever you want), would you be nervous about it? Would you be worried about it? Would you stress over it.?
Probably not right?
You'd simply be what I like to call "emotionally neutral" about it.
So just to quickly recap.
The two important things you need to do to attract what you want are (a) focus on it and (b) get rid of your emotional "attachment" to having it.
I think everyone can understand this concept on an intellectual level. Yet, applying it to your day-to-day life isn't as simple...until now.
Recently I had a breakthrough discovery that can help you solve both problems. I've been practicing this method for a couple of days and am very pleased at the results I'm getting.
Ok so here's how it works.
The first thing you need to do is pay very close attention to your feelings - especially the feelings you dislike. Whenever you feel a negative emotion, it's because you are focusing on what you "don't" want.
Therefore, whenever you have a feeling you dislike, notice what internal pictures and dialogue are going on in your head. You'll notice you're thinking or picturing a situation you don't want. Take notice of this and say to yourself "ok, that's what I don't want...what would I prefer instead?"
You'll notice you'll start to think of the opposite of what you want. This is a great first step.
But, if you're like me, you've noticed that shifting your thinking to what you want doesn't always make you feel better. So, we want to add an additional step and request the help of our subconscious mind to help us feel better.
The way I've been doing this is to actually say (or think about) what I do want - but in a "don't want" format.
For instance, if I notice I've been thinking about an upcoming event and I'm nervous about it - I quickly identify that I would rather be "calm and confident" about the event.
I would state this in a "don't want" format such as "For this upcoming event, I don't want to feel calm and confident."
Sounds silly right?
It sure does. It will sound silly to your subconscious mind too and your subconscious will begin to go to bat for you. You'll hear yourself saying "yes I do. I do want to be calm for this event."
This is good. You want your mind to "fight back" in your defense because it will start to shift it's thinking and focusing to what you do want.
Let me explain why I think this works so well.
Even if you state that you "don't want" something you're mind ignores the "don't want" and focuses on creating or attracting the "something." For instance saying "I don't want bills" causes your mind to focus on "bills" and attract more of them.
Why not use this knowledge for positive things too like money, cars, better relationships and such. Saying you "don't want" money still keeps you focused on money.
The other genius thing about this method is it removes the "emotional charge" from the goal. If you say you "don't" want something (especially something you actually do want) you are basically saying to yourself I don't "need" it - which is a prerequisite of getting something you want.
In these two ways, you're able to (a) focus on what you want, and (b) remove your emotional attachment to having it.
I've also noticed this also works in the opposite way. For instance throughout the day, I've felt a headache coming on. Normally, I would say to myself "I want a clear head." Sometimes that would cause it to go away and sometimes it would frustrate me that my headache hadn't gone away.
What I've been doing instead is saying silly things like "Hurray. I'm so glad I have a headache. I've been wanting it all day and now it's finally here." I don't say this in a sarcastic way but in a genuine way.
It's kind of live reverse psychology for your mind. It's been working wonderfully - but I don't want it to continue to work:).
Starting to catch on?...

What Is the Law of Attraction?

To over one billion people, the New Year has just begun. The Chinese New Year has now turned over from Tiger to Rabbit and along with it many customs and traditions. Like in many cultures, the New Year is ushered in by fireworks, in the belief that it scares away bad spirits. Tradition also follows that families clean out the house to sweep away bad fortune. People decorate their doors and windows with good luck symbols hoping to invite in wealth and longevity.

To non-Chinese people, these superstitions might seem silly or unnecessary. How can little decorations bring you money or long life? Shouldn't you invest instead in stocks or a treadmill? Well, that's one way of thinking. Another way is that it's the Chinese people's way of harnessing the Law of Attraction.

Believing that the New Year will bring fortune or good luck is the second step in the Law of Attraction. The first step involves visualising what you want. It can be anything! But make sure you see every detail of your desire. If you want a car, think about the make and model of it. Think about what it looks like inside. Think about driving it, and how it feels. This will help the universe guide that object to you.

The third step is simply to receive. Of course there will be a bit of a wait in between asking for it and receiving. But being open to the Law of Attraction will allow it to come to you more quickly.

Let's step back first and ask what is the Law of Attraction?

According to Rhonda Byrne, writer of the Secret, says, "Through this most powerful law, your thoughts become the things in your life. Your thoughts become things!" She continues, "Thoughts are magnetic, and thoughts have a frequency. As you think, those thoughts are sent out into the Universe, and they magnetically attract all like things that are on the same frequency. Everything sent out returns to the source. And that source is You."

So you are a huge magnet that attracts things to you just by thinking it. Imagine all the things you can have just be focusing your energy and thoughts on them.

While superstitions and customs have their place in your society, so to does the Law of Attraction. Whether we use it consciously or not, it keeps working. So visualize your desires and ask the Universe for them. You might be pleasantly surprised with what you receive.

What Are The Forgotten Laws Of Attraction?

Many people are not aware of the forgotten laws of attraction. All they know is 'The Secret' and the Law of Attraction. They apply what they saw in the movie or read in the book and wonder why nothing is materialising in their life as it was supposed to.

Trouble With the Law of Attraction? This Is Probably the Reason!

When most people set off to use the law of attraction they focus on all the external things that they should be appreciative for. They thank the universe for their house, their car, and even for things that they intend to come in the future. But despite their best efforts they still have trouble attracting their desires. There seems to be a missing link; something that few teachers touch upon, but something important enough to either make the law of attraction work seamlessly or stop it dead in its tracks. And that "something" is the love of self.
When we speak of the love of self we're not necessarily speaking of narcissism or conceit. What it refers to is a healthy love that comes from a place deep within. The basic difference between the two is that arrogance, narcissism, and/or conceit relies on pushing the egos view of self onto others whereas true love of self is entirely within. It doesn't rely on the opinions or approval of others to justify its existence and regardless of what happens "out there," its feeling towards itself is stable and consistent.
A recent study showed that people who simply accept themselves live 15% longer and experience a quarter of sickness of those who have self esteem issues. The same statistics hold true for those who use the law of attraction. If there isn't "attractive feeling towards oneself" then how can you become a magnet to things outside yourself as well? The simple truth is, you can't. You absolutely must have acceptance and appreciation for the mechanism before that mechanism can attract those things which are outside it. Only when we have "true" love of self can the law of attraction work in our lives.
So how do we do it? The first step is to simply invite the possibility that you can accept yourself the way you are right here and now. Many of us like the goal of loving ourselves, but we want certain things to change first before we can allow ourselves to do it. But placing a goal like that in the future is a recipe for failure. It's an excuse not to do it, and the same mentality that doesn't allow you to accept yourself today will come in tomorrow and say: "yes, but..." Ultimately, it's about accepting yourself right now with all your perceived limitations and simply saying YES to it all.
The next step is to love yourself unconditionally. Try a little experiment. Go through your whole body while choosing individual body parts and send them love. Say to them: "You know what, you work hard for me and you have always been there for me. I haven't been very nice to you, but from today forward I'm going to send you love." When you can do this every day with conviction not only will you find renewed health and happiness, but you will find that you can attract things outside yourself as well.
The final step is to go to the mirror and look yourself in the eyes. When first practicing this try not to break eye contact. Stay with it for as long as you can and genuinely say to yourself: "I love you." For many people this practice causes great anxiety. That is why it is one of the best ways to see where you are on the "love of self" scale. If you can do this every day for about 5-10min you will make HUGE strides with your self esteem. You will begin to really feel love for yourself, and you will begin thinking differently not only about you, but about the world as a whole.
In the end we must all remember that the law of attraction starts with that which is doing the attracting. It is within that we must first generate love and appreciation. So take the time to do the steps outlined in this article and see what a little self love can do for your practice with the law of attraction. A little work in this direction will really go a long way.

How to Make a Vision Board That Works - Your Questions Answered

Do you want to know how to make a vision board that works? One that actually helps you manifest your dreams and goals faster? I get a lot of questions about vision boards, here are a few answers that will help you.
Question: How do I decide what I should put on my dream board to represent my dreams?
Answer: The short answer? You can use anything you want! Seriously, you can use anything at all that reminds you of your goal, or that inspires you to move toward your vision of the life you want to create for yourself. The best items to use are ones that POP from your board and call your eye to them. Words and images are great, but think beyond just ordinary pictures.
For example, if one of your big dreams is to own a shiny new Mercedes, go out and spend a couple of dollars and buy a leather key fob with a Mercedes emblem on it and hang that on your dream board. The bonus is that when you manifest that Mercedes, you will be able to take the key ring down and actually use it!
Question: I'm confused. I have seen some vision boards that have lots of different goals on them, but I recently heard that you should limit yourself to just one dream per board. Should I be making a different board for each of my goals and dreams?
Answer: Learning how to make a vision board is a personal experience, and neither way is better than the other. In reality, you, like the rest of us, are probably working toward more than one dream right now, and because it is important to have each of the major goals that you are aiming for represented on your vision board, many people choose to make one board with several goals on it. This is fine, but don't get carried away. If you put too many goals on your board you won't be able to focus your attention on any of them long enough to make any real progress. Somewhere between 3 and 5 is usually a good number of goals to use.
Your second option is to create several individual boards that each focus on one of your major goals. This can be more powerful because there is nothing to distract you when you are looking at your board. It can be all about one specific dream.
So the choice is yours. Do whatever feels right to you. But, whether you choose to make one big board or several smaller ones, be sure that you have someplace to put them. Somewhere where you will be sure to see them often. Don't let them become dust collectors.
My best advice? Don't be too concerned with how to make a vision board, just get it done and get back to working on making your dreams real. After all, your vision is more important than the board.
